Dominga Raya

Dominga Raya “Minga”. Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, Tia and friend to many. Minga passed away on November 2nd, 2023. She was Born April 4th 1944 or as she would say “4-4-44” in Laton Ca, A place where she was proud to call home. Minga was well known and loved within the community and would be spotted every year at the Laton Rodeo parade surrounded by her family. Minga was a hard worker and proud of it, working from a young age and continuing all the way to the age of 70 when she retired.

Minga is now is re-united with her youngest son Matthew Martinez. She is survived by her son Alfred Trujillo and daughter Laviette Delgado as well as her grandchildren David Delgado, Michelle Barraza, Brian Delgado, Alfred Trujillo, Melissa Trujillo, Alex Trujillo, Madalyn Martinez, Mykayla Martinez, Ryan Martinez and sisters Rita Cruz, Trini Estrada, Rafie Godinez, Mary Archuleta and 11 great grandchildren and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and godchildren.

Services will be held for Dominga November 15th in Laton at the Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima church with viewing at 10am followed by rosary at 11:00am and mass at 11:30
