Franklin Clay Penley, 99, died in Del Rey, Ca on October 5, 2011 of natural causes. He was a retried foreman. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 13, 2011 from 4:00-8:00 pm at Thomas-Robinson Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the Mendocino Cemetery in Parlier, CA. Arrangements are under the direction of Thomas-Robinson Funeral Home.
