Juan Manuel Cabrera Jr.

Juan Manuel Cabrera Jr., age 66 died peacefully in the arms of his wife, Maria, on August 31st, 2022 at their home in Selma, California. Juan Manuel was born on December 18th, 1955 in Donna, Texas to Juan Manuel Cabrera Sr. and Alicia Madrigal. He graduated from Donna High School in 1973. His love for traveling and desire to push living to its limits eventually led him off the free-spirited path he enjoyed into the Navy, where he'd come to appreciate a new kind of exploration. His time on the water only added to the collection of stories that would build his legend and entertain friends and family. Juan Manuel is survived by his wife, Maria, his sisters, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to the rosary service for Juan Manuel, Tuesday, September 20, 2022, from 4 pm - 7 pm which will be held at Thomas Marcom Funeral Home in Selma, Ca. Mass services will be held Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at 12 pm at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Selma. After mass family and friends can join in Juan Manuel's Celebration of Life that will be held in St. Joseph's Msgr. Daniel M. Lopez Hall. Burial services will be private and for immediate family only.
